Refund Rules

As of 2026-10-22

  1. 1.Refunds go to balance

    All refunds return to your smmopen balance, which is not withdrawable.

  2. 2.Cancellation

    Cancelling an order before it starts on the panel Orders page returns the full charge. Started orders cannot be cancelled.

  3. 3.Partial orders

    Partly delivered orders return the cost of the undelivered quantity to your balance.

  4. 4.Refill

    Plus refills drops for 30 days and Pro for 365 days. Drops on Lite orders are not refunded.

  5. 5.Not refunded

    Quantity not delivered because of a wrong link, a private account, or a username or link change during the order is not refunded.
