Orders
What is smmopen?
An SMM panel for ordering the followers, likes and views you want on social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, right from the home page.
Do you need my social media password?
No. Enter a public profile or post link and a quantity.
Can I stack orders on the same link?
Wait for the earlier order to finish. Overlapping orders mix up the start counts.
What if I make the account private during an order?
The order can stop or end as partial. Keep it public until it finishes.
Speed and refill
How fast does it start?
Each service shows its typical time in the list. Most start within a few minutes to an hour.
How do I request a refill?
For Plus (30 days) and Pro (365 days) orders, press Request refill on the panel Orders page within the period after completion.
What is the difference between Express and Gradual?
They are speeds for items that never drop, like views and plays. Express delivers fast in one go; Gradual spreads it over the day.
Balance
What is the minimum top-up?
From $20 up to $5,000. Bonus balance is 10% from $40 and 50% at $5,000.
How do I pay?
Choose from 12 crypto options: USDT and USDC on several networks (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, Solana), plus BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL and LTC.
Where does my money go when I cancel?
Cancelling an order before it starts returns the full charge to your balance. A partial order returns the undelivered part.
Can I withdraw my balance?
Balance is used only for smmopen orders and is not withdrawable.
Account
What do I need to join?
Just a username and a password. No email.
What if I forget my password?
Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, so even the server cannot read them. If you are still signed in on a device you can change it in Settings, so keep it somewhere safe.
Where do I send questions?
Sign in and use the Tickets page in your panel. It opens after your first top-up is added.
